CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
A bright future that needs your help...
The Epsilon Kappa Chapter of Delta Tau Delta at LSU, founded nearly 60 years ago, has a proud legacy of brotherhood and lifelong friendships. After a 16-year absence, our dedicated alumni successfully brought the chapter back to campus last year, welcoming 120 well-rounded new members who are already making their mark within the LSU Greek community. With the future brighter than ever, we now turn our focus to building a new Shelter on our recently acquired site, ensuring generations of Delts will enjoy a valuable and fulfilling fraternity experience. In the meantime, the chapter is thriving in its leased home at the former Theta Xi house while we prepare for this exciting next chapter in Epsilon Kappa’s history.
OUR GOAL
A House That Speaks for Itself
Our building committee is actively designing a new Shelter on the former ATO house site, creating a safe, comfortable, and technologically advanced home that rivals modern housing options around LSU. With lake access restored by the completion of the Lakes project, the new Shelter will offer approximately 35 beds, increased privacy, and expanded common areas for both formal and informal gatherings, along with patios and porches that maximize the scenic location. This thoughtfully planned facility will provide an attractive, state-of-the-art fraternity home that enhances the undergraduate experience and strengthens the legacy of Epsilon Kappa.
Modernization
State-of-the-art facility with updated technology, private living spaces, and contemporary amenities that keep pace with LSU’s evolving campus housing options
Communion
Expanded common rooms, porches, and patios will foster brotherhood by creating welcoming spaces for members to gather, connect, and build lasting bonds.
Recruitment
As the newest and most attractive fraternity house on campus, the Shelter will be a powerful tool for drawing high-quality members and securing Epsilon Kappa’s future growth.

To meet this goal, the campaign needs to raise a total of $14,000,000. We will combine that with some borrowed funds to enable us to build the house that all of us would desire and expect. We humbly ask that every brother, parent, and friend of Delta Tau Delta consider a multi-year pledge to the campaign.
Your commitment will be greatly appreciated. With your support, we will build a house that the members of Epsilon Kappa will be proud to call their own for generations to come.
OUR NEED
GIVING
Four Ways to Give
Now, more than ever, Delta Tau Delta needs your help. The Capital Campaign Committee has set up four convenient ways to give. Gifts can be made by check, Pledge over a three-year term, or online. We appreciate your generous offer to support this important endeavor. The members of Epsilon Kappa will be proud to call this home their own for generations to come.
